There seems to be rising fears in the west and particularly in the United States about rising Chinease power, and fears over how china would act with such power if it would ever be strong enough to challenge America the way the Soviet Union did.
Although their fears are not without merit, as Napoleon once put it ” let China sleep, for when China wakes, she will shake the world.” china has been growing for 9% a year for the past 30 years the fastest economic growth rate recorded in history and moved 400 million people out of poverty. In a single day, today China exports more than it did in the entire year of 1978.
Fareed Zakaria the author of his eye opening new book “The Post-American World” remembers when he first visited Shanghai, Pudong, 15 years earlier, it “was undeveloped country side. today, its the financial district……..eight times the size of London’s new financial district, and slightly smaller than Chicago.” other than pudong, the 20 fastest growing cities in the world are all in china. with one of the most open economies in the world china had reformed its economy away from the communist form of market
and towrds capitalism. Starbucks predicts that by 2010 there will be more cafes in China than in the states. china also has the largest money reserves in the world and is the second largest spender on military but still only a fraction of U.S military spending which equals the military spending of the rest of the world put together.
many are thinking how can an autocracy rise so far so fast, there system is supposed to fail. well its simple, it’s because they are an autocracy, it’s because they don’t have to care about the votes to keep them in power, the Chinese people although they have been given new freedoms, it still doesn’t compare to true democracies. and the Chinese government can do as it sees fit without the approval of the people, autocracies are supposed to fail but china has been lucky enough to have a government that cares about building up their country.
many fear that china would abuse its new found power, but many Chinese officials say that they dont want hostility, and that’s how they have been succeeding, a policy of isolation, non-intervention and non-confrontational, hiding from the spotlight of foreign affairs to build their country.
but China still has a lot of problems to deal with, the ever growing problem of unemployment, gender discrimination, a low birth rate which means more elderly and retired people and less youth in the workforce to support them, political corruption and a weak government that cant control the far reaches of the country which remains mostly undeveloped.
the prediction is, even if china continues growth at this incredible rate it will be decades before they can surpass American power, it only means that America will no longer be the global hegemon and world dominator as it used to be, and the key to America’s success lies in bypassing their pride and accepting a new world with multi-powers.

Yes yes my dear friends Californication the show staring David Duchovny (An actor who i never thought I’d be watching something for so much) is back for its second season.

I was never a huge fan of “The X-files” except for the opening theme, that shit was awesome ! anywho the show is focused around the life of a Writer who is struggling to get his life together. Facing relationship problems with his girlfriend who he has a 13 year old daughter with, having problems writing, sleeping with the daughter of the man who was close to taking away Karin (his girlfriend) not knowing that she was only 16 at the time, and sleeping with random women on any given occasion in general.

Whats the name of the man behind this sex addicted/dysfunctional family/alcohol drinking/Coke snorting Hysteria called a life ? Hank Moody

David Duchovny gives the biggest middle finger to the rest of today’s bull shit that’s labeled as prime time entertainment, with a straight to point, fuck the rest TV show that’s nothing but aprox 28 minutes of pure genius, entertainment, comedy and art !

In my opinion its the best show outta all the crap coming out of network executives asses nowadays,

Reality Tv PHFFUF ! how can reality be scripted ?

If so I’d like to be a flying pig with a shield and have a monkey as a side kick, and the mayor would honor us for our awesome achievements for mashing up cheese and crapping all over the side walk, while dry humping parked cars.

I’d be called Pork-A-Fied ! and my side kick will be Doozee’Paloozy the Crapaloozy !

Together we defecate on everything that’s beautiful and turn it into animal excrement (this should sound familiar to you dogfucks out there that enjoy predictable’queer like TV)

The first season of the show contained 12 O-SUM episodes, piled up with twists that you would be sitting back wondering what’s going to happen next (FUCKING PROPER TV ENTERTAINMENT) alright maybe that means that people that enjoy bull shit see it the same way, which probably means there could be a drift in tastes and thats the whole issue … FUCK THAT !

Most of today’s TV is nothing but idea’s rehashed, I know that’s been the case for decades now but today MOST of what we call TV is bullshit rehashing with nothing but ripping off ideas from each other, and guess what, all the ideas they are ripping off of each other SUCK MAJOR RACCOON BALLS !

Its like I beg all of these writers to fuck a knife and then swallow it,

Californication proves without a doubt that in today’s shit fuck we call a world there is so many ways to write original plots, all you have to do is look around you with an open mind a fresh idea and a big giant pair of balls to follow your heart, but just rehashing idea’s that have been successful in the past end us up with shows like… fuck it I wont even bother naming any they all sound the same anyway.

On to South Park, for the past couple of weeks South Park started airing their second half of season 12, starting off with the EXTREMELY graphic episode “The China ProbRem” where they talk about China taking over the world and how Steven Spielberg and George Lucas literally RAPED Indiana Jones in their latest installment in the film series “Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”. The episode has alot of funny scenes and the idea of Lucas and Spielberg raping Indiana works perfectly as a metaphor and could be funny to some extent but the almighty Trey Parker and Matt Stone must be heart broken to show such graphic content.

Then in the second episode “Breast Cancer Show Ever” Cartman gets into trouble with the bitchy Wendy and has to fight her in the end of the school day, the episode is HILARIOUS ! but has a useless ending (this could be the first time in my life that i would criticize Trey and Matt’s work)

Now the upcoming episode seem’s to be very promosing it centers around the guys with Cartman leading them to make a ton of money with

an idea in his head that only Craig could make possible

Alright so I’m new to the world of Word Press,

Earlier today i wanted to register another blog on blogger and couldn’t find the address name i wanted to use, so i thought of using a couple of other hosts, checked out Livejournal and turned out to be not quite exactly what i was looking for as a host for my type of posts.

I remembered that a friend of mine who is also a blogger switched to WP a while back and that he was statisfied with the move, so i thought I’d give it a shot for a post and see how I get along with the interface.
